Barona Sweden’s CEO Johanna Mix has interviewed several Swedish Customer Service Managers and Influencers. Based on these meetings, Johanna discovered that even though AI and digitalization is trending in all forums as one of the most interesting solutions for the future of customer services – the fact is that we are still in a very initial phase on the Swedish market. Swedish Customer Managers are still working hard to put customer service and their part in the development of the company’s services on the everyday agenda.
